PAYMENT INFO
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we will send you a secure link after you register, through which you can do so easily, with no additional fees. Recommended for payments from abroad. The link expires after 7 days.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please note that bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
You will get instructions for the payment after you register. Recommended for local participants since there are no additional fees for local payments.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Registration is considered valid, and your spot is secured after payment.
To cancel the registration, a written cancellation request must be submitted to the Organizing team via official Conference e-mail (info@meetingpointart.com).
For cancellations until the 10th of September 2023, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellations after the 10th of September 2023, no refund will be made. Registration can be transferred to another person.
After registering, we will contact you with payment instructions.
